David Allvin in a video message to Airmen. “Shows that you have the seriousness about the lethality and the danger of this profession that we've all chosen and you are ready to perform with excellence and you are ready to support your teammate and have the trust that when you're in complicated situations, disconnected from leadership in small teams trying to solve complex problems; everyone knows that everyone is dedicated to the team above the individual. That’s what it means to be part of a winning team.” Through leader engagement and a focus on accountability, the 17th Training Wing is ensuring its Airmen are mission-ready while upholding the highest standards of military service. 17th Training Wing Aligns with Air Force’s Renewed Standards Focus U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant Eric Knepper, 17th Force Support Squadron readiness senior noncommissioned officer, conducts an Open Ranks Inspection as part of a wing-wide Standards and Readiness Review outside the Norma Brown headquarters building, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, March 26, 2025.
