Chief Master Sergeant COLIN A. FLECK

Chief Master Sergeant Colin Fleck is the Command Chief Master Sergeant for
Second Air Force at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. He is the senior enlisted
leader and advisor to the commander on all operational aspects of basic military
training, initial skills training, advanced and supplemental nonflying training for
93% of the Air Force across 265 specialties. Second Air Force delivers more than
2,700 courses and graduates 150,000 Airmen, Guardians, Soldiers, Sailors,
Marines and international students annually. The command includes five training
wings and a network of 103 operating locations around the world.


Chief Fleck entered the Air Force in 2002 and his background includes various
duties in the Personnel, Aerial Gunner, Remotely Piloted Aircraft Sensor
Operator, and Special Mission Aviator career fields. He has served on the AC-
130U and AC-130H Gunships, as well as the MQ-1B Predator and MQ-9 Reaper
along with various senior enlisted positions including as an Assignment
Functional Manager and multiple assignments as a Squadron and Group Senior
Enlisted Leader. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as the
Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 27th Special Operations Wing, Cannon
AFB, New Mexico.
Chief Fleck married his wife, Maggie, in 2001 and is the proud father of four
children, the oldest of which is a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine
Corps serving as an Infantry Rifleman at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
