The Air Force Career Development Academy is responsible for providing Airman with reimagined, modernized Career Development Courses (CDCs) that will transform the way we learn in the 21st Century. AFCDA collaborates with Career Field Managers (CFMs) and CDC Writers to educate, train and develop competent and confident Airman needed for the future fight with an emphasis on mission focused tasks, strategic viewpoints, student centric performance-based assessments and realistic scenarios.
Through rapid curriculum development and agile curriculum updates, AFCDA offers an innovative learning experience that is immersive, interactive, and memorable.
